关于申报2026-2027学年中国政府奖学金国别双边项目的通知

　　Call for Application for 2026-2027 Academic Year Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program

　　1. 2026/2027学年中国政府奖学金-国别双边项目申请，于2025年11月10日正式开始。受中国国家留学基金委委托，中国驻匈牙利大使馆文化教育处继续接受匈牙利籍申请人基于两国双边合作协议框架下的国别双边奖学金项目的申请。申请人可通过国家留学基金委留学中国网站 (https://www.campuschina.org) 了解奖学金项目介绍和提供中国政府奖学金的中国高校介绍等信息。

　　Application for the 2026/2027 Academic Year Chinese Government Scholarship-Bilateral Program officially begins on November 10, 2025. Under the framework of the bilateral cooperation agreement between China and Hungary, and entrusted by the China Scholarship Council (CSC), the Culture and Education Section of the Chinese Embassy in Hungary will continue to accept applications from Hungarian citizens for the Bilateral Program of the Chinese Government Scholarship. Applicants can visit the China Scholarship Council's website (https://www.campuschina.org) to learn more about the scholarship program and the Chinese universities offering the Chinese Government Scholarship.

　　2. 该奖学金项目为面向匈牙利籍公民的全额奖学金。有关该项目的具体信息，请下载相关附件并仔细阅读。如有任何问题，请发邮件至 studyinchina.hu@gmail.com。

　　This program offers a full scholarship exclusively for Hungarian citizens. For detailed information about the program, please download and carefully read the attached documents. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at studyinchina.hu@gmail.com

　　3. 申请者请直接登录http://www.campuschina.org注册，并在线提交申请材料。请申请者在“项目类别”里选择“Type A”, 在“机构代码”里选择“3481”。 申请者请于2026年1月28日星期三前完成在线申请；并将自动生成的申请表下载打印出，签字确认后，与其他需要提交的申请材料一起发送至联系邮箱：studyinchina.hu@gmail.com。

　　Applicants are required to log in to http://www.campuschina.org to register and submit their application materials online. Please select “Type A” under the “Program Category” and enter “3481” for the “Agency Number.” Applicants must complete the online application by Wednesday, January 28, 2026. Afterward, download and print the automatically generated application form, sign and confirm it, and send it along with all other required materials to the contact email: studyinchina.hu@gmail.com.

4. 自2026/2027学年起，所有申请来华攻读本科学位的学生均需参加“来华留学本科入学学业水平测试 (CSCA)”并提交有效成绩单，CSCA具体介绍及报名方式请登录 https://csca.cn 查看。计划于2026年9月入学的申请者，须在2025年12月21日或2026年1月25日注册并参加CSCA考试。

Starting from the 2026/2027 academic year, all applicants for undergraduate degree programs in China are required to take the China Scholastic Competency Assessment (CSCA) and submit a valid score report. For detailed information and registration procedures, please visit  https://csca.cn. Applicants planning to commence their studies in September 2026 must register for and take the CSCA examination on December 21, 2025 or January 25, 2026.
