Basic Function

Finance Manager of the Business Enhancement Team will be primarily be responsible for assisting and managing financial project initiatives assigned by the top management across the different Business Units. He/she will help to develop strategies and provide financial analysis to the different Business Units.

Desired Experience

• The successful candidate for this position will have a minimum of 5 years of working experience in corporate settings.
• Experience with significant exposure to different business functions, such as Sales & Marketing, Production, Management, Finance.
• Proven expertise in business improvement and change management, extensive hands-on business experience, and demonstrated capability in aligning business objectives with project delivery
• He/She must be a good team player and able to work well with superiors as well as subordinates.  He / She must be able to bridge between management at Headquarter and people from different factories
• He / She must be proactive and strive to bring projects to completion, yet be flexible to accommodate change and be open minded to ideas
• He / She must be detail-oriented, yet does not lose focus on the big picture

Educational Requirements

A MBA degree，major in finance  is required.
Fluency in Mandarin and English are required.
